Enrico De Gironimo, LCSW, ACSW

Past CEO of Ocean Partnership for Children, Inc – a non-profit serving children and adolescents with behavioral challenges, and their families. For more than twenty years, Mr. DeGironimo has held a series of executive leadership positions in organizations supporting and advocating for individuals with developmental disabilities and serious mental illness, and other at-risk populations.

A graduate of Rutgers University, he doubled majored and received a BA in Sociology and Economics. He then went on to receive his MSW in Community Organization and Planning, from Rutgers School of Social Work. Later, while working at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ, Mr. DeGironimo completed a three year post master’s certificate in Family Therapy.

Mr. DeGironimo is an active member of NASW-NJ having served on CCNLI, PACE and the Continuing Education, Finance and Community Relations committees. Additionally, he was elected and served as a unit chairperson, President-Elect and President for the NJ Chapter. Mr. DeGironimo is also the recipient of the NASW-NJ President’s Award and was Region IV representative and Treasurer of the NASW National Board.

Over his career, Mr. DeGironimo has volunteered and participated on the boards of several non-profits including the Housing Coalition of Central NJ, the NJ Brain Injury Association, NJ Association of Community Providers and the NJ State Healthcare Coordinating Council. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for East Mountain Hospital in Belle Mead, NJ. And, on the local level, Mr. DeGironimo is an appointee to the Ocean County Human Services Advisory Council and the OC Youth Services Commission.
