Enrico De Gironimo, LCSW, ACSW
Enrico (Rick) De Gironimo is a professional social worker from New Jersey. Mr. De Gironimo began his career at Rutgers Medical School as a mental health clinician working with older adults with dementia and later young adults with traumatic brain injury.
As a clinician, he provided numerous hours of consultation and education. Rick’s career expanded to managing clinical administrative teams and later senior executive roles in both for-profit and non-for-profit organizations.
Additionally, he has worked with adults with intellectual disabilities and those with serious mental illness. With forty-five years’ experience, Rick has led several multi-million-dollar organizations as the senior executive and CEO responsible for all aspects of the business and operations. Rick managed top and bottom financial performance, insisted on quality, and investments in his teams.
He has served on numerous governing boards, governmental advisory bodies, and associations including the National Association of Social Workers. His credentials include his LCSW from New Jersey and had previous credentials as a nationally certified case manager (CCM) and Disaster Response Crisis Counselor DRCC.
Since moving to Delaware, Rick shares his time volunteering with several local non-profits.
